The foods to eat are all found in your own home but I do give you a shopping list to give you some ideas on that. You also get a sample menu plan and recipes to follow to help balance the hormones most related to your hot flashes and night sweats.

Learn Acupressure points to help you cool

The acupressure points taught are going to balance the body and cool you down in Traditional Chinese Medicine viewpoint. I try to make these as easy to watch as possible but you will also get pictures sent to you so you can better know where they are located.

Qi gong to calm and nourish the body

The Qi gong exercises are also to cool and calm and nourish the body during the hormone imbalances. These are easy to follow along and can also help with other issues too!
