What can I expect at my visit?
The goal of the Naturopathic Doctor is to understand the patient and all the factors that impact on their health. The ND will take an in-depth patient history including a detailed health questionnaire. In addition, the information from a physical exam and laboratory tests will assist in making the assessment and diagnosis. An initial consultation will take an hour to 1.5 hours. In all of this the ND can find out as much about you as possible in order to best determine the treatment plan. Follow up appointments are 30-45 minutes long.
